HOT vacancies for Business Development Manager and Advisory. August, 2010.

We are a Lagos based business consulting and advisory firm and we also provide training and out sourcing services through our partnership with two major global service providers. We currently seek result oriented candidates for the following positions

OMG1: Business Development Manager-Training and outsourcing services

Duties and Responsibilities

• To build the training and outsourcing business lines and be responsible for business line revenue and profitability.
• Responsible for developing business proposals, sales calls, client presentations target customer/industries and deal closing.
• Periodic business unit reports

Qualification/Experience:

• B.Sc degree in Arts, Social Sciences or Sciences with minimum of 5 years applicable experience
• Business development experience in a reputable outsourcing company is an advantage.
• Experience in business to business sales and strong network within the target industries is essential.
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently with minimal supervision, high energy, self driven and enthusiastic.
• Excellent writing, organizational and time management is required.
• Good knowledge of excel, word, power point is essential.
• Having own car is an advantage

OMG2: Consultant-Business Advisory Services

Qualification/Experience:

• B.sc degree in a numerate discipline such as accounting, business administration, economics, mathematics with minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Ability to conduct interview, research, data collection, conduct analysis, interpreted financial statements and build simple business and financial model is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excels word and power point is required.

OMG3: Sales Consultants

Qualification/Experience:

• Fresh and experienced graduates with B.SC, HND or OND, Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior sales experience in Banking, Insurance, Real estate, FCMG,IT and telecoms, conglomerates is essential but not compulsory.
• Candidates must be self-driven, aggressive, have high energy, positive attitude, enthusiastic and strong desire to be successful
