MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST

The objective of the M&E officer position is assist the M&E systems advisor in the management of the project M&E system to generate data and strategic information for program management, reporting, documentation of results, and publication of operational research findings.
QUALIFICATIONSThe suitable candidate will have a postgraduate degree in statistics, demography, epidemiology or related field with focus on database management systems. S/he will have at least 2 years hands-on experience at a senior position in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS and TB programs with very good analytical, presentation, communication and reporting skills. Practice in operational research in highly desirable.
